Gala News:Saturday, November 12^th 2011- AN EVENT TO REMEMBER!!!

 

As most of you already know, On November 12^th GQ Multimedia will be hosting the 1st Annual Arab Canadian Business Gala in the GTA. This event will be a gathering for sponsors from various industries, as well as the general public from the Arab Canadian community. Tickets are only $40 and will be on sale October 15^th, 2011. Tickets will be available in different locations across the GTA.

 

We, at GQ Multimedia are working very hard to ensure the gala is a success.  When developing the program for the evening, we have put into consideration all of our guests, from both, industry and general public, and believe that the event will attract a lot of attendees and everyone in attendance will enjoy and benefit from this great event.  Whether you are attending as a sponsor or as a guest, we are sure you will enjoy the business networking opportunities during our cocktail reception, enjoy the thrill of a chance to win some amazing prizes during our raffles, adore the wonderful dinner which will be followed by live entertainment provided by singers and musicians.

 

When planning for the gala, after evaluating various possible venues for the event, we decided on the wonderfully spacious, new and luxurious banquet hall, The Erin Mills Convention Center. The venue can accommodate up to 1000 guests without being overcrowded and there is free underground parking provided for our guests.

 

The program for our special evening is divided into two parts.  The first part of the evening features a cocktail reception.  This will be a 2 hour long opportunity for our sponsors to market their products and services.  The sponsors will have an opportunity to display, demonstrate, provide samples of their products or services and promote their business to the public attending the gala.  Attendees will have the chance to explore and learn about each business, as well as various offers and deals from each sponsor. There will be appetizers and drinks circulated, and the soothing sound of Oud will create a beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The relaxed atmosphere will also provide business to network with other business owners and have a chance to strengthen their business relations in the Arab Canadian community. Also, we made sure to add little excitement to the reception by including a raffle for some amazing prizes that are being provided by our sponsors and GQ Multimedia. The reception will be a great opportunity for our guests to directly interact with one another as well as with our sponsors.

 

The second part of our program will feature welcome speeches and a speech from our guest of honor, her Worship Hazel McCallion, Mayor of Mississauga. The speeches will be followed by a fabulous dinner, live entertainment and a raffle for more great prizes. The dinner will consist of halal food and there will be a variety of food to suit all tastes. In addition, all of the sponsors’ ads will be featured in a slideshow playing throughout the night. Moreover, there will be full media coverage.
